International Association of Dental Research (IADR) comes to Cork
The IADR Irish division annual meeting will be held on the 14th and 15th of November in University College Cork. The keynote speakers are Professor Mark Ferguson, CEO Science Foundation Ireland and Professor Helen Whelton, IADR president. This promises to be an exciting few days discussing the latest research in dentistry.
Seamus, Micheal and Jennifer braved the November weather to take part in the Sea2Summit Adventure Race in Westport, Co Mayo. This 27km challenge is in aid of LARCC (Lakelands Area Retreat & Cancer Centre). They were certainly glad of the hot soup at the finish line!!!
Friday the 8th of November saw another great days training by all the dentists taking part in this popular implant programme run by Dr Jennifer Kearney. The training took a close look at the restorative considerations for dental implants.
